Meet Cristiano

Cristiano Migliorini joined Vontobel in February 2013. He is the Head of the Income team within Quantitative Investments. His team is responsible for the development of income strategies and their implementation with the fund platform. Previously, he was Head of Research within Multi Asset.

Prior to joining Vontobel, he worked within Quantitative Trading Research at UBP Union Bancaire in Geneva from 2010 to 2013. He launched two innovative funds and was responsible for their options strategies: a gold and precious metals fund and a European equity dividend fund. From 2004 to 2010, he worked as a senior manager at Roche in Basel.

Cristiano holds an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs (CDI) in Paris, completed a Post-doctoral Degree in Systems Biology at Harvard, holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich, and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
