Meet Andreas

Andreas Mütter joined Vontobel Asset Management in October 2020 as a Quantitative Developer in the Vescore Boutique, where he was responsible for the systematic investment process in a variety of asset classes, as well as for parts of the market risk management methodology and infrastructure. In June 2024 he joined Vontobel QIB’s Systematic Multi-Asset Research team working on the development of systematic multi-asset investment strategies.

Prior to joining Vontobel, from 2016 to 2020, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Technical University of Munich. Andreas holds a PhD in theoretical physics from the Technical University of Munich, as well as a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in physics from the same university.
