Luxembourg B 78142, 18, rue Erasme, L-1468 Luxembourg, has been approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) as a management company subject to Chapter 15 of the amended Law of December 17, 2010 relating to Undertakings for Collective Investment, and it has been authorized by the CSSF as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager according to the Law of 12 July 2013 and in connection with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.

The Company is 100% owned by Vontobel Holding AG, a globally active investment firm with Swiss roots, specialized in wealth management, active asset management and investment solutions. Vontobel Holding AG shares are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and majority owned by the founding family. Their close ties to the company guarantee entrepreneurial independence, and the resulting freedom creates an obligation to assume social responsibility.
