Meet Jonathan

Jonathan joined Vontobel in 2018. As Head Asset Allocation in the Multi Asset Boutique, he oversees multi-asset strategies, funds, and mandates, managing approximately CHF 7bn. His expertise spans quantitative investment management, strategic and tactical asset allocation, along with BVV2-compliant strategies and classic mandates. He is a permanent Voting Member of the Vontobel Investment Committee and is the lead portfolio manager of the multi-asset Vontobel Pension Invest Funds as well as co-lead portfolio manager of the multi-asset Vontobel Conviction Funds.

Before joining Vontobel, Jonathan was a Graduate Trainee in Foreign Exchange at BNP Paribas (2017–2018), was an assistant investment consultant at an institutional investment advisory company, and worked at Standard & Poor’s in London.

He holds an MSc and CEMS Master in International Management from Vienna University of Business and Economics and HEC Paris, with study periods at Harvard University and Bentley University in Massachusetts.
