Christoph Loy joined Vontobel in 2016 as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Since January 2023, he has been Head of Solutions Germany for Quantitative Investments, responsible for customized institutional mandates and mutual funds.
Before joining Vontobel, he worked at Vescore (integrated into Vontobel in 2016) from 2013, first as a portfolio manager and as a senior portfolio manager starting in 2014. He began his professional career in 2010 in the Investment Controlling Division of the German subsidiary of Swiss Life AG.
Christoph holds a degree in Business Mathematics from the University Ludwig Maximilian in Munich (Germany) and from the University of New South Wales, Sydney (Australia). He is also a CFA® charterholder.
