Christoph Loy joined Vontobel in 2016. He is a Portfolio Manager in the Institutional Clients team of the Multi Asset Boutique. He manages hybrid investment solutions, applying the ‘human and machine’ approach and is responsible for quantitative customized institutional mandates and mutual funds for clients domiciled in Germany. In addition, he serves as Head of the Institutional and Private Clients team in Germany.

Prior to joining Vontobel, from 2013, he worked as a portfolio manager and one year later senior portfolio manager at Vescore (integrated into Vontobel in 2016). He began his professional career in 2010 at the German branch of Swiss Life AG within the Investment Controlling division.

Christoph holds a diploma degree in Business Mathematics from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich (Germany). He is a CFA® charterholder.
