David Souccar joined Vontobel Asset Management in April 2007 as Senior Research Analyst and was promoted to deputy portfolio manager on the firm’s International Equity Strategy in June 2016.

In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, he maintains his research responsibilities, focusing on the Energy, Industrials and Utilities sectors.

Prior to joining Vontobel, from 2005 to 2007, he was a senior investment analyst at Federated Investors. From 1998 to 2005, he worked as a sell-side analyst at Morgan Stanley.

David Souccar received an MBA in Finance and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Maua.
