Meet Raphael

Raphael Lüscher joined Vontobel in September 2021 as Portfolio Manager in the mtx team within Conviction Equities. Since July 2024, he is Co-Head mtx Equities.

Prior to joining Vontobel, he worked at Swisscanto Invest for seven years, as a senior portfolio manager responsible for sustainable investments in emerging-market equities, Deputy Head of the Global ESG Integrated Team, and analyst, responsible for quantitative and qualitative company, sector, and themes research. Before that, he worked for twelve years at UBS Global Asset Management in Zurich, Singapore, and London, as an equity portfolio manager and analyst within the Conviction Equities team.

Raphael holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Capital Markets from the University of St. Gallen. He also is a CFA® charterholder.
