Johannes Weisser joined Vontobel Asset Management in November 2021. As Client Portfolio Manager within the Conviction Equities Boutique, he covers the impact investing strategies.
Prior to joining Vontobel, he worked as Client Portfolio Manager at MEAG Munich Ergo Asset Management and at RobecoSAM, where he focused on sustainable thematic equity investments. Previously, he worked for 15 years in various Portfolio Manager roles with a focus on equities, bonds, or multi-asset investments, among others at Bank Sarasin, where he headed the Asset Management Fixed Income & Absolute Return team.
Johannes holds a master’s degree in Economics from Albert Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau. He also holds the CIIA (Certified International Investment Analyst) and FRM (Financial Risk Manager) qualifications.
