Ireneus Stanislawek joined Vontobel in November 2016. As Senior Equity Strategist/Quantitative Analyst within Conviction Equities, he provides quantitative research for the mtx strategies.
Prior to joining Vontobel, he was Director Equity Strategy/Quantitative Equity Research at Vescore, responsible for tactical asset allocation and for developing and implementing quantitative screens. Before that, he was Director Portfolio Management at 1741 Asset Management Ltd. (previously Wegelin & Co.) and equity analyst at Lehman Brothers (Nomura) in London. He started his financial career as an equity analyst at HSBC in 2004.
Ireneus holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and CFA® charterholder.
