Grant Bughman joined Vontobel Asset Management in February 2019. He serves as Head of the Client Portfolio Management Team for the Quality Growth Boutique and is responsible for communicating the investment philosophy and process, performance, portfolio positioning, and risk management.

Prior to joining Vontobel, from 2005 to 2019, he worked at UBS Asset Management as Lead Client Portfolio Manager for active equities in the Americas, responsible for coverage of emerging market and US growth equity strategies. He served as the primary media spokesperson for active equities, with market insights regularly featured on Bloomberg TV and CNBC as well as in The Wall Street Journal and the Financial Times. From 2000 to 2005, he held positions at SunAmerica Asset Management and AXA Advisors.

Grant received a BBA in Finance from James Madison University. In addition, he holds the FINRA Licenses Series 7 and Series 66.
