Meet Claudia

Claudia Fontanive-Wyss joined Vontobel in March 2019, initially as a Client Portfolio Manager within Fixed Income, working closely with the Corporate Bonds team. Later, she became a member of this team and Portfolio Manager. She mainly focuses on investment-grade corporate bonds in euro.

Prior to joining Vontobel, she worked for three years in the Fixed Income team at Deutsche Asset Management in Zurich, with a focus on bonds from issuers in the industrial and financial sectors. She supported the management of customized portfolios for covered or senior financial bonds in euro and for subordinated debt in euro or US dollar. She started her career in investment banking at Nomura, selling structured fixed-income products to institutional clients.

Claudia holds a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
