Meet Camilla

Camilla Leopoldino joined Vontobel Asset Management in February 2017. Since 2019, she is an ESG Analyst in the mtx team within the Conviction Equities Boutique. In this role she coordinates the team’s active stewardship efforts on voting and engagement with companies in which the mtx strategies invest, assesses firms on material ESG factors, performs sustainability research and ESG-risk analysis to refine the proprietary ESG framework, and monitors the international sustainability debate as well as evolving trends. Previously, she was a Marketing Specialist, covering a wide range of marketing tasks and managing data-intelligence projects.

Prior to joining Vontobel, she held various positions in business development and strategic marketing throughout Europe. During her financial career, she increasingly shifted her focus onto sustainability topics.

Camilla holds a Master’s degree in International Management with a minor in sustainability from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising with a major in marketing from the School of Communication and Media Studies in Portugal.
