Meet Evangelos

Evangelos Drossos joined Vontobel in October 2018. He is a Quantitative Analyst within Quantitative Investments. In this role, he works on the data infrastructure and on developing processes and tools that power Vontobel’s quantitative investment platform. His responsibilities include the development and fine-tuning of the transformation engine forming the link between model and portfolio implementation, as well as performance and risk analytics, with an emphasis on equity strategies.

Prior to joining Vontobel, he worked as an intern in the Portfolio Management and Analytics teams at Vescore and completed an internship at Munich Re within the Global Clients/North America division.

Evangelos holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.
