Anton Oberhofer joined Vontobel in February 2014. He is Senior Portfolio Manager in the Portfolio Management Institutional Clients Team within Vontobel Multi Asset.
Prior to joining Vontobel, he worked at Julius Bär for over 20 years, including in Swiss & Global Asset Management as a senior portfolio manager, where he was responsible for balanced portfolios, defined the investment policy, and co-managed indirect real-estate investments. He started managing institutional mandates in 1996. Previously, he worked in support functions and performed quantitative analysis. He started his career in 1990 in Private Banking at Julius Bär.
Anton holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Zurich.
