Meet Rob

Rob Hansen joined Vontobel Asset Management in May 2017 as a Research Analyst and generalist for the firm’s Quality Growth Boutique, assisting the Chief Investment Officer and portfolio managers in company research and stock selection, primarily focusing on the Industrials, Materials and Real Estate sectors.

Mr. Hansen joins Vontobel from Deutsche Bank where he began in 2005 as an Analyst covering Real Estate Investment Trusts. He was promoted to Associate in 2008 covering the home building and building product sector and was promoted to Vice President in 2012. Mr. Hansen began his career in 2004 at IBM as a financial markets consultant.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Corporate Reporting and Analysis from Boston College in 2004. Rob Hansen is a CFA® charterholder.
