Meet Anna

Anna Holzgang joined Vontobel Asset Management in 2008. She is Head of Global & Swiss Bonds, Chairwoman of the Fixed Income Sustainability Board, and Portfolio Manager for global bond portfolios.

Before joining Vontobel, from 1996 to 2008, she was Head of Fixed Income and portfolio manager for global bond funds as well as global institutional mandates at Swisscanto Asset Management. Prior to that, she served at the Institute for Empirical Research in Economics of the University of Zurich for five years.

Anna studied macroeconomics at the University of Zurich and completed her PhD in 1996.
