Top emerging market bond manager joins Vontobel Asset Management

Continuing to build on its award winning emerging market bond capabilities, Thierry Larose joins the Vontobel Asset Management bond team, specializing in local currency bonds.

Thierry brings with him nearly three decades of industry experience and an exceptional track record. Thierry joins Vontobel Asset Management from Degroof Petercam Asset Management in Brussels, where he was portfolio manager of the 5-star Morningstar rated Emerging Market Sustainable Bonds fund. In 2017 the fund was also awarded "Best Fund Over 3 years" by Thomson Reuters Lipper Europe in the category Bond Emerging Market Global Local Currency. Thierry has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Liège, with a specialization in econometrics, financial analysis and portfolio management.
